杏仁豆腐---Almond curd

原料:
946 毫升牛奶。(一夸脱等于0.946升,946毫升,即0.000946立方米)
2 包无味的吉利粉就是鱼胶粉。(1包大约8g)
1/2 杯 水
1/2 杯 糖
1 茶勺 浓缩杏仁汁
烤杏仁片或碎
1 罐小橘子
制作:
将吉利丁粉放在1/2杯水中溶化。煮开牛奶,混合入糖和已经溶化的吉利丁粉和浓缩杏仁汁。
倒入一个容器中放入冰箱冷藏室,至凝固后取出,切成小方块,加入杏仁片和小橘子。完成。
1 quart milk
2 packages unflavored gelatin
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
1 t almond extract
Roasted sliced or slivered almonds
1 cans mandarin oranges
Soften gelatin in the ½ cup water. Scald milk. Add sugar, gelatin and almond extract to milk.
Pour into a flat dish and refrigerate until firm.
Serve cut into small squares topped with almond and mandarin orange.
