　　胡令能（生卒年不详），唐代诗人。早年做过修理铁木器具的工人，被人称为“胡钉铰”。

　　①垂纶——垂丝钓鱼。纶，指金钱的丝线。

　　②莓苔——指河边阴潮的草地。

　　③映——遮蔽。

　　④怕得——又作“恐畏”，恐怕的意思。

　　野外小河边上，有个毛头娃儿手持鱼竿在学钓鱼。你看他侧身坐在岸边，身影隐在草丛里，眼睛紧紧盯住水面，是那样的郑重其事，聚精会神。有人会问，他不是藏在草丛里吗，咱们怎么能看见呢？原来，小家伙躲避的是河里的鱼，不是岸上的人。他那蓬松的头发，歪斜的坐势，他那专心致志的神态，还有那一根长长的钓竿，大家都可以看得清清楚楚的。

　　这不是，一个过路人远远地朝他走来，看样儿是跟他打听点什么。　可人家刚要说话，就被小家伙制止了：他又是冲人家摆手，又是冲河里努嘴，示意人家别走近，别作声，以免把他的鱼吓跑鱼儿么，眼看就上钩了！……

　　多么天真可爱的小渔童，多么生动有趣的河边垂钓鱼图啊！

　　Hu Lingneng (the time of his birth and death unknown) was a Tang Dynasty poet. In his early years, he worked as craftsman repairing iron wares and wooden furniture. Only four of his poems have survived and they are excellent. Hu wrote this short poem to describe vividly a little boy learning how to angle in a river.

　　The poet saw a little boy was learning how to fish in the river. Sitting on a mossed rock and hiding behind luxuriant grasses, the boy was watching tensely on the water surface. Only his fluffy hair and the long fishing rod could be seen from a distance.

　　A passer-by spotted the boy and walked up to him as if the man had something to ask. Just as the man was about to open his mouth, the little boy cautioned him immediately not to speak, and pouted his lips towards the river, as if he was telling the man:—”please don’t speak, otherwise you would scare my fish away”.
