81-Dont't tire your waist too much while working. Sometimes switching  works can be relaxing.

82-Be careful while walking down the stairs. Sometimes you  can think that there is one more step down but if not your body can fall down. This is a dangerous movement. Avoid this.

83-İf your waist started to hurt while you are working don't try to complete the job. Lay down on a hard surface, bend your knees and pull your legs to yourself and rest for 15-30 minutes to relax. İF you don't feel better after that operation consult to your doctor.  During your illness it is hard to predict the healing time, but magnetic resonence method gives idea to the doctor.

87-İf you have waist pain and the pain started to apper at your legs consult to your doctor. İf you don't learn the reason of your pains you can turn into a pessimist mood. Undefined problems can lead you to depression and anger.Don't forget that losing time with the people who are not doctors can put you into unrecoverable situations.

88-İf opening doors or windows is hard for you, get help from a stronger person.

89-Effect occuring from contracting muscles at your abdomen decreases pressure in the disks. While waiting at different places during daytime pull your belly in and tighten your muscles and count until 10 without breathing. Then relac slowly. İncrease the time of not breathing week by week. 90-One of the areas that slipped disk effects is the sexual life. You should tell your problems about that to your doctor to get information about how your active sexual life should be. But during acute pain it is better to have sexual rest. After this time passes and person feels better it is suggested to have sex lying on sides (man behind). After healing, person lying back is suggested to have a pillow under his/her waist.
