71-İf you work sitting fo long time you should know that is harmful for your waist. Thats why you  should take walks after you sit for a while.  Because while sitting pressure on your waist is more than the pressure while you are standing. İt is better if you support your waist with a pillow while sitting.

72- When you lay down on your back pull your legs to your self and lift your knee up. İn this position your waist will relax and pain wil go away faster.

73-İt is better to sleep on your back or sides than sleeping on your chest. But sleepig  in straight position on your back is also not healty.

74-İf you have experienced waist pain before  don't cut wood with saw. İf the tool stucks while using dont push yourself to rescue it.

75-İf you have to lift big sized animals or lay them down don't  do  this alone. Do this together with other people. Leavig the work to the professionals is the best.

76-Don't bend forward while you  wash your head. You can get on your knees and put your elbows to the bath tub or you can sit in the bath tub.

77-İf you have waist problems don't drive truck, lifters and machines that shake your body.

78-While you are reading your back should lean back and head shuld be straigt. Reading while your head and neck down disturbs the waist

79-İf you want to rest leaning on a desk your waist shouldn't be bend. You can bend your hips and  knees to confort.

80-While working standing put something that you can step on to rest your legs in order. While washing dishes you'll notice that opening the doors of the cabinet and putting one of your legs in will comfort you.
