 91-While flying prefer places seats that you can move easily and rest your legs. During long trips lay your seat back a little and put a pillow under your waist. During the trip dont sit for long time. Some times get up and take little walks. After trip carry your bags with a carrier. After the trip relax yourself with a hot bath.

92- Don;'t hesitate to ask for help from people on the days you have pain. Your wife and children at home and colleques at your work place can help you. Somebody can drive your car for you for a few days. You don't have to do all the work for yourself .

93-Use your medication as you are directed by your doctor. İf you have problems in youn somach or other side effects consult your doctor.

94-Some of the waist pains occur as a result of stress, depression, anger, jealusy, worry and such feelings. İf you can't relief yourself  and confort your body, your brain can start pains in your body without your control. So this distracts you about your real problems.  This kind of pain oftenly occurs on the waist. After consulting your doctor if no reason is found remember this mechanism. while trying to solve your real problem convince yourself that you are not ill. You will notice that your pain will decrease or completely go away

95-After your terapy is over and you are back to your normal routine  increase your activity slowly. For a few days work in half shifts. Don't over load your waist. Keep these suggestions in mind during your social activities.

96-Besides other harms  alcohol has negative effects on bone health. Loss of minerals and unhealy structure  of vertebrae bones disk are often effected. Don't use alcohol.

97-Body cells of smokers can't get enough oxygen. This effects brain, heart and other organs. The disks between vertebraes are effected by this, get easily degenerated and lose ability to recover. This increase the risk of disk slippery. Also smoking provokes coughing which causes pressure on the weakened disks that triggers disk slippery. Don't hold your breath while coughing and sneezing. Quit smoking. You can get help from your doctor or volunteered organisations. You will understand how necessary it is to quit smoking.

98- As there is not one type of disk slippery, there is not one type of terapy. For some patients only resting and some medications are enough. Some people heal with physical teraphy and other conservative terapies. But for some types of disk problems surgery is needed. That's why dont believe people who has only one type of terapy for different kinds of illnesses.

99-İf your doctor decided  for a surgery after consultations don't avoid from this operation. Loss of time can result in unrecoverable damage. As a principle surgery is the last chance but it should be done if other conservative terapies don't help

100-Going everywhere with car, using tv with remote control, always sitting  and having all kinds of foods resulting weight gain is not the ideal life style. Figting with disk slippery is a matter of life style. İf you can regulate your life with these 100 advices you'll have more luck of success.
