61-Do not drive long time.If you have long way to te destination make break often and walk a few minutes.
 
62-While empting your baggage do not move forward.Firt put your one leg to the back of te car then take objects.
63- do not let your child carry eavy objects in their school bags.They should only carry the books of the day.
 
64- put 15-20 cm object under one of your foot.After a while change your foot
65- Do not move forward while clening with vacuum cleaner or doormat make your back vertical.Because of this its good to use long handle.You should also prefer long handled tools while working at garden.
66- Your bed must be hard. Your body not to be buried into bed while lying on it.Soft beds are not good.
67-Using computer for a long time is not good for your back.While working with computer your head should be vertical, your back and back of the hips must be supported. Collarbone should be parallel to the floor.Put your foot on an object.
68-If you had back problem before you should not jump.
 
69- While you are healty dont be lazy person.Try to be active.To stop at one bus stop or train stop before or not using elevator nice for you.
70-You should be vertical while walking or standing. Divide your weight equally two of your legs.While standing your legs must be same line wit your shoulders.True position is;pull your chin inside, straigt head, ridge and belly are straight.
