避免腰背疼的100个建议

31-do not make curve your
ridge while wathing television
32-eat white cheese or
yogurt or drink one cup of
ligt milk everyday.Also show
your body to the sunshine.
33-manage your pains
on your body, every kilo
you gain makes your back
extra load.Fats on stomach
obstruct to carry objects close
to your body.
34-Do not use belly
corset without go to
doctor.Some corsets
makes your back and
stomach muscles weak.
35-Do not try to heal with
hand or by pullingit before
diagnosis of your back pain
or leg pain. It may cause
paralysis.
36-Avoid stress, it effects
your back. Do not hesitate
to get help from environment
or doctors about your psychologycal
condition.If its necessary you can
cange your living place temporarly.
37-You should lile your
job because people working
under stress  and who are
unhappy have back pain.
38-Person should know escape
from stress of dailylife. It depends
on your culture. Some of them try
yoga and some of them try meditation.
Some of te relegious people think
about beauty of world creation.
They deram about it and it can be
restfull.Beside of these you can try
little sport or listening music while
lying, reading book with pleasure,
try to do some art type,some
hobies wich are not hard todo,
geting shower, massage,jakuzi,
sauna, periodic soft exercises.
These makes you comfort and
its good for your back.
39-Do not use high heeled or
heeless shoes
40- While sitting on chairdo not
release your self suddently.
Do it slowly.
41 - Do not try to get the object from a place were you sit even its light object.
42 - You should prefer
european touilets when
you have back pain.
You should support your
self at least one hand
while sitting on wc

44- its better to put someting under
your foots while you are resting on
bed. lower pillows are good.ıf you
tired of liying on your back you can
lie on your sides.
45- if pull your legs from your hip
and knees and get fetus position
 it makes your back comfort.
It is also good that take a
pillow between your legs.

bed resting do it. If your pain
increases on this rest time tell
your doctor.If pain goes in 2 or
3 days you also tell it to doctor
because the threatment time
that doctor gives you depends
on your reaction.It is not good unnecessary resting on bed.

47-its good to rest 10 - 15 minutes on
true position if you have back pain
depending to your tiredness .If you
want to truely rest your back you
 should take something under your
neck and put your legs on the chair.

49- If you can bend your bed 45 degree
position if your dont have this functionalty
turn down chair and put a pillow on it then
lie on it.
50- Do not stand up stable
for along time. Try to move
your legs or try to walk.
51 - Do not lie down from balcony

it avoid liying forward.
52 - If you had back pain before,
 dont makethese sports: wrestling,
boxing, judo,football,basketball,
body building,gymnastic,golf,tennis.
Instead of these sports try walking swimming.Biking is also good
for your back but you souldnt bend
down while riding.
53- Do not let your children do heavy
sports for developing them.
54- While your children
studying on desk always
warn them not to bend
right or left or front.It
good to be little curve
on desk for notto bend
front.Take an object
under your feet.
55- while taking book or something else
from shelf put someting under your feet.
56-Do not stretch out up side while
hanging out the laundry.balance
the height of the rope as your heigt.
57-Sit down or put your
feet to hight place while
tieing your shoes.
58-while getting up from bed first turn
your side then get on a sitting position
with the help of your hands. If you goto
bed first sit on the edge of the bed lie
your body to the bed while pulling your
legs.
59-Your seat should be hard while
driving car.Seat should support your
back.Support your belly while
you going to long trip.
60- While driving car setup the seat
as close to pedal and your knees should
be little higher than your hips.
