   I pray this message finds you well.  We are so happy to be home and doing very well.  We thank you for all the hard work at Angel House and know that Jordy has done well adjusting because of your love and preparation.

   It has been a busy month especially in the United States.  We have visited the dentist and had three cavities fixed.  We visited our pediatrician and we visited an orthopedic surgeon.  Jordy will have surgery in either October or November to repair his left hip.  It is a major surgery and will require a full body cast for at least six weeks.  Once he is fully healed, the doctor will do surgery on his right hip which will be put in a cast for healing.  The doctor feels very strong that Jordy will walk by the next year with the last step to stretch out his right leg.  He will have to do a lot of physical therapy and we know he will struggle but we are so happy that the doctor feels good about the chance of him walking.

    We celebrated his birthday today with his little sister.  Their birthdays are separated by one day. We are sad that he didn't get to be with his friends for his birthday but we are happy that his forever family could enjoy their first birthday with him!

Thank you again to all the volunteers and workers at Angel House.  All the families here in the US feel blessed knowing our children were in your care.
