　　Study of Relationship between Hypertension and Overweight and Obesity in Rural People

　　【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To know the relationship of hypertension morbidity to the overweight and obesity in Yong Feng rural .Methods: With population-cluster sampling，2125 adults aged over 30 years old was investigated in Guang Feng rural.Results: On the incidences of hypertension，there was no significant difference between men and women with normal body weight but significant between man and women with high waist hip ratio (WHR) and supernomal body mass index (BMI).The incidence of obesity inmate patient was higher than that in female.Conclusion: BMI and WHR were extraordinary people with hypertension increase the risk.The obesity has more influence on men than it does on women.Supernormal WHR may significantly increase the incidence of the hypertension.

1　调查对象与方法

1.1　调查对象

　　采取分层整群随机抽样方法确定调查对象。永丰社区常住人口5万余人，按地段分为11个片，随机抽取3个片区的若干居民楼，将以上居住点常住人口中30岁以上的居民分成十个年龄段，每个年龄段随机整群抽取200余人，共计抽取2 125人为调查对象。

1.2　调查方法

　　由经培训合格的专业人员对调查对象进行面对面调查，详细询问其一般情况，既往高血压史，在固定的室温环境下，使用统一发放器材测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围和血压。按1999年10月《中国高血压防治指南》的规定收缩压≥140mmhg，舒张压≥90mmhg为高血压，将所测得的身高(M)，体重(KG)数值按公式体质指数
