"Engineering" Shall mean complete engineering services to be delivered by a professional  engineering design institution designated by Customer as specified in the Contract with documentation required to set up a complete Plant and with documentation for the operation and maintenance of the Plant.

“工程设计”应指按合同规定由业主指定的专业设计单位提供的完整的工程设计服务，包括用于建立一套完整工厂设备的所有文件和用于工厂设备运行和维护的所有文件。

 

"Erection (Work)" Shall mean all the work and executions as specified in the Contract required to set up a complete Plant to be delivered by Contractor as specified in the Contract.

“安装（工作）”应指按合同规定为建立一套将由承包商按合同规定交付的完整的工厂设备所需要的所有工作和活动。

 

"Completion Inspection and Acceptance" Shall mean the completion inspection and acceptance activities for the Erection Work conducted jointly by Customer and the Contractor during and after the Erection Work and during which the compliance of the Goods and the Erection Work with the Contract is documented.

“竣工验收”应指在安装工作中及安装以后由业主和承包商对安装工程共同进行的竣工验收活动，并且，在验收过程中应记录下货物以及安装工作是否符合合同规定。

 

2. COOPERATION OF CONTRACT, SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS

The documents constituting this Contract including the Specifications and the drawings included herein shall be considered as complementary, and materials and work called for by one or more and not mentioned by the others are to be furnished and done in as faithful and efficient a manner as if fully dealt with in all.

组成本合同的文件（包括本合同包含的规范和图纸）应被视为补充性的；由一个或多个文件所要求但其它文件未要求的材料和工作应被视为所有文件的要求，并应被尽职高效地提供和完成。

 

3. CONTRACTOR’S FAMILIARITY WITH CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

3.1 The Contractor declares that he has full knowledge of the Terms and Conditions of this Contract, and has fully informed himself as to conditions, local and otherwise, affecting the carrying out of this Contract.
