一、是否符合工程建设强制性标准。

第四条 审查依据  Article 4 Basis for review

一、有关法律、法规的规定以及工程建设强制性条文和标准。

1. Provisions of relevant laws and regulations in addition to mandatory provisions and standards for engineering construction.

 

二、项目相关的审批文件，征询、咨询意见。

2. Project-related approval documents, consultation and advice.

 

三、有关专项审查、专项技术评审等评估报告。

3. Assessment reports on particular reviews, particular technical reviews, etc.

 

第五条 审查时限  Article 5 Time limit for review

一、根据甲方的建设计划，本工程按以下方式进行审查：

1. In accordance with the party A’s construction schedule, the Project is reviewed in the following manner.

 

        整体 In entirety     分阶段  In stages   其他  Others           。

二、甲方应提供审查所需的全部资料。乙方在收到资料或设计文件审查通知后，应在     个工作日内完成相应的审查工作。

2. Party A shall provide all the information required for the review. Party B shall, within      working days upon receipt of the information or design document review notice, complete the corresponding review.

 

三、审查工作期限不包括勘察设计单位的修改时间。

3. The period of review work does not include time for revisions by the survey and design unit.

 

第六条 审查结果  Article 6 Review’s results

一、审查合格的：

1. For the qualified review:

 

（一）乙方及时编制审查报告，并报有关部门备案。

(1) Party B shall prepare the review reports in time and file the same to the relevant authorities for the record.

 

（二）乙方向甲方提供施工图审查意见告知书、审查合格书和节能登记表。

(2) Party B shall provide Party A with the Notification of Opinion on Construction Plan Review, the Review Certificate and the Registration Form of Energy Saving.

 

（三）甲方收到审查合格书后的      个工作日内向乙方提供      套审查合格的施工图，经乙方审核无误后在施工图上加盖审查专用章。

(3) Party A shall, within       working days upon receipt by Party A of the Review Certificate, provide Party B with       sets of construction drawings that have passed the examination, on which, Party B shall stamp the review special seal on the construction drawings upon examination thereof.

 

二、审查不合格的：

2. For failure of passing the examination

（一）乙方向甲方出具施工图审查整改意见，并报有关部门备案。

(1) Party B shall issue to Party A the construction plan review, rectification opinion and file to the relevant authorities for record.

 

（二）甲方负责对施工图设计文件进行修改，并及时将修改的施工图设计文件交由乙方重新进行审查。

(2) Party A is responsible for making modifications to the design documents of construction drawing and promptly submits the same to Party B for re-examination.

 

（三）乙方收到修改后的施工图设计文件后应及时告知有关部门。

(3) Party B shall, upon receipt of the design documents of revised construction drawing, inform the relevant authorities in time.

 

第七条 审查费用及支付方式

Article 7 Review fees and payment methods

 

一、审查总费用为：      。

（一）合同签订后      个工作日内，甲方应向乙方支付审查费用总额的     %，计

     （小写）      元，（大写）      元作为定金。定金在本合同履行后，抵作审查费用。

(1) Party A shall, within       working days upon the signing of the contract, pay Party B the deposit sum which equal to      % of the total cost of the review work, viz.       (in figure) Yuan and       (in words) Yuan. The deposit shall be credited to the review fee upon the performance of this contract.

 

（二）甲乙双方同意按审查工作进度分阶段支付：

（三）审查不合格的，乙方出具施工图审查意见书后的      个工作日内，甲方向乙方支付审查费用总额的      %。当重新审查时，双方约定按以下方式处理：
