译注：我们在前面已经刊发了美国北卡罗来纳州的《2020版美国建筑工程施工合同》，这里再提供一份美国科罗拉多州《2021版美国建筑工程施工合同》。这份合同有一个特点，强化了The Owner's Representative (OR)代表业主对工程施工方施加的监督权力，相当于FIDIC 合同中的工程师的权利。

The aforementioned documents form the Contract and what is required by any one shall be as binding as if required by all. The intention of the Contract Documents is to include all labor, materials, equipment and other items as provided in Paragraph 10.2 necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work and the terms and conditions of payment therefore, and also to include all Work which may be reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents as being necessary to produce the intended results.

上述文件构成了合同，任何一个文件的要求都应与所有文件的要求一样具有约束力。合同文件的意图是包括第10.2款规定的所有劳动、材料、设备和其他项目，这些都是正确实施和完成工程所必需的，以及因此而支付的条款和条件，还包括所有可以从合同文件中合理推断出的产生预期结果所必需的工作。

6.3 Two copies of the Contract Documents shall be signed by the Owner and the Contractor. If either the Owner or the Contractor do not sign the Drawings, Specifications, or any of the other Contract Documents, the OR shall identify them. By executing the Contract, the Contractor represents that he has visited the site and familiarized himself with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed.
