全知全能的意識 (caitanyam) 是真實的自我 (tm)。

Consciousness which is omniscient and omnipotent (caitanyam) (is) the Self or true nature of Reality (tm)||1||

Jñna bandha||2||

有限的或者約定俗成的知識(jñnam) 是束缚 (bandha)。

The (limited or contracted) knowledge (jñnam) (is) bondage (bandha)||2||

Yonivarga kalarram||3||

起源 (yoni) 和它的後裔 (varga),伴隨著它的形式(arram) 是活動的(kal) ,也是束縛。

The source (yoni) (and her) progeny (varga), (along with) that whose form (arram) is activity (kal) (are also bondage)||3||

Jñndhihna mtk||4||

有限的或者約定俗成的知識 (jñna)的基礎(adhihnam) 是神聖之母 (mtk)。

The basis (adhihnam) of the (limited and contracted) knowledge (jñna) (is) the un-understood Mother (mtk)||4||

Udyamo bhairava||5||

至高的存在(bhairava) 是神靈意識 (udyama)的突然閃現或提升。

Bhairava --Supreme Being-- (bhairava) (is) a sudden flash or elevation of divine Consciousness (udyama)||5||

akticakrasandhne vivasahra||6||

通過和能量 (akti) 之輪(cakra) 融合(sandhne) ,宇宙(viva)消失(sahra) 。

Through union (sandhne) with the collective group (cakra) of powers (akti), (there is) the disappearance (sahra) of the universe (viva)||6||

Jgratsvapnasuuptabhede turybhogasambhava||7||

甚至在清醒(jgrat)、睡眠(svapna) 和深度睡眠(suupta) 這種不同 (bhede) 意識狀態中,還有 (sambhava) 喜樂(bhoga) 這第四種 (turya)狀態。

(Even) during such different (states of consciousness) (bhede) as waking (jgrat), dreaming (svapna) and profound sleep (suupta), there is (sambhava) the delight and enjoyment (bhoga) of the Fourth State (turya)||7||

Jñna jgrat||8||

知識 (jñnam) 是意識的清醒 (jgrat)狀態。

Knowledge (jñnam) (is) the waking state of consciousness (jgrat)||8||

睡眠(svapna) 是意識的思考和認知狀態。

The dream state of consciousness (svapna) (is) thoughts and ideations (vikalp)||9||

意識不清或缺乏意識 (aviveka) 是妄想(my)的深度睡眠(sauuptam) 狀態。

Non-discernment or lack of awareness (aviveka) (is) the profound sleep (sauuptam) of My --delusion-- (my)||10||

Tritayabhokt vrea||11||

在三種狀態 (tritaya)中能享受 (bhokt) 喜樂,他是感官(vra)的主人 (a) 。

He is a master (a) of (his) senses (vra)1 who is an enjoyer (of the aforesaid "bhoga"2 or divine delight) (bhokt) in the triad (of waking, dreaming and deep sleep) (tritaya)||11||

Vismayo yogabhmik||12||

能達到瑜珈 (yoga) 的這個階段 (bhmik) 是迷人的奇蹟 (vismaya)。

The stages (bhmik) of Yoga (yoga) (are) a fascinating wonder (vismaya)||12||

Icchaktirum kumr||13||

開悟的瑜珈士的意志 (icch) 能量 (akti) 是濕婆的榮耀 (um) ,那是庫瑪麗 (kumr)。

The Will (icch) power (akti) (of the enlightened Yog is) the "Splendor of iva" (um) (that is) Kumr (kumr)||13||

Dya arram||14||

所有內外現象(dyam) 是開悟的瑜珈師的身體 (arram) 的延展。

All phenomena (outer or inner) (dyam) (are) the body (arram) (of the enlightened Yog)||14||

Hdaye cittas aghaddyasvpadaranam||15||

通過心 (citta) 與意識(hdaye)的核心的融合 (saghat) ,現實中顯現(daranam) 出所有內外現象 (dya) ,甚至空無 (svpa) 。

Through the union (saghat) of the mind (citta) on the core of Consciousness (hdaye), there is appearance (daranam) of (all) phenomena (outer or inner) (dya) (and even) the void (svpa) (as they are in their essential reality)||15||

uddhatattvasandhndvpauakti||16||

或者 (v) 通過與純 (uddha) 元素(tattva)的融合 (sandhnt) ,瑜珈士在有限的(pau) 生命體中的能量(akti)消失 (a)而獲得無限能量。

Or (v) by union (sandhnt) with the Pure (uddha) Principle (tattva), (the Yog becomes like one in whom) the (binding) power (akti) (existing in) a limited and conditioned being (pau) is absent (a)||16||

Vitarka tmajñnam||17||

不斷滅的意識 (vitarka) 是自性 (tma)|的知識 (jñnam)。

Firm and unwavering awareness (vitarka) (that I am iva is) knowledge (jñnam) of the Self (tma)||17||

Loknanda samdhisukham||18||

世界 (loka) 的極樂 (nanda)是

他在三摩地 (samdhi)的喜悅(sukham) ,是整個宇宙 (loka) 的祝福 (nanda)。

The Bliss (that the Yog feels in abiding as the Knower or Perceiver) (nanda) of the world (—consisting of subjects and objects—) (loka) (is his) delight (sukham) of Samdhi (samdhi)||18||

aktisandhne arrotpatti||19||

與意志能量 (akti)融合 (sandhne) ,瑜珈士獲得身體(arra) 的創造 (utpatti) 能力。

On being united (sandhne) with the Power (of Will) (akti) (there is) production or creation (utpatti) of bodies (arra) (according to the Yog's desire)||19||

Bhtasandhnabhtapthaktvavivasagha||20||

瑜珈士獲得將一切(viva) 組合(sagha) 的存在實體(bhta)聚集(sandhna) 並分裂(pthaktva) 的能力。

(The other supernormal powers of the enlightened Yog are: the power of) putting together (sandhna) existent entities (bhta); (the power of) separating (pthaktva) them all --i.e. the existent entities-- (bhta) (and the power of) assembling --saghaa-- (sagha) everything (viva) (what has been separated by space and time)||20||

uddhavidyodayccakreatvasiddhi||21||

在能量之轮 (cakra)上全部精通的(atva)获得 (siddhi) 是通过瑜伽士的我中有我的出现来实现。

Full acquisition (siddhi) of mastery (atva) over the collective group of powers (cakra) (is achieved by the Yog) through the emergence (udayt) of uddhavidy (uddhavidy)||21||

Mahhradnusandhnnmantravrynubhava||22||

通过和伟大(mah)湖水(hrada)的融合(anusandhnt) ,瑜伽士经验(anubhava) 到全部咒语的潜在力量 (vrya)。

By uniting (anusandhnt) with the Great (mah) Lake (hrada), (the Yog has) the experience (anubhava) of the generative source --virility or potency-- (vrya) of (all) mantra-s (mantra)||22||
