《博伽梵歌》(于伽梵文譯本)4.21:
निराशीर्यतचित्तात्मा त्यक्तसर्वपरिग्रह: |
शारीरं केवलं कर्म कुर्वन्नाप्नोति किल्बिषम् || 21||
nirāśhīr yata-chittātmā tyakta-sarva-parigrahaḥ
śhārīraṁ kevalaṁ karma kurvan nāpnoti kilbiṣham
从奢望中解脱(nirāśhīr),控制(yata)心意(chitta)和智力(ātmā),放弃(tyakta)所有的(sarva)企图(parigrahaḥ),他仅仅(kevalaṁ)上行动(karma)身体(śhārīraṁ),完成(kurvan)不会(na)招致(āpnoti)罪过(kilbiṣham)。

yadṛichchhā-lābha-santuṣhṭo dvandvātīto vimatsaraḥ
samaḥ siddhāvasiddhau cha kṛitvāpi na nibadhyate
满足(santuṣhṭaḥ)于偶然而至(yadṛichchhā)的所得(lābha),超越(atītaḥ)二元性(dvandva),从嫉妒中解脱(vimatsaraḥ),均衡(samaḥ)胜利(siddhau)和(cha)失败(asiddhau),他虽然(api)行动(kṛitvā)但从不(na)受束缚(nibadhyate)。

gata-saṅgasya muktasya jñānāvasthita-chetasaḥ
yajñāyācharataḥ karma samagraṁ pravilīyate
从执着中解脱(gata-saṅgasya),摆脱束缚(muktasya),知识(jñāna)建立(avasthita)智力(chetasaḥ),为了祭祀(yajñāya)而行动(ācharataḥ),他的行动(karma)完全(samagraṁ)融化(pravilīyate)。
gata-saṅgasya—free from material attachments; muktasya—of the liberated; jñāna-avasthita—established in divine knowledge; chetasaḥ—whose intellect; yajñāya—as a sacrifice (to God); ācharataḥ—performing; karma—action; samagram—completely; pravilīyate—are freed

ब्रह्मार्पणं ब्रह्म हविर्ब्रह्माग्नौ ब्रह्मणा हुतम् |
ब्रह्मैव तेन गन्तव्यं ब्रह्मकर्मसमाधिना || 24||
brahmārpaṇaṁ brahma havir brahmāgnau brahmaṇā hutam
brahmaiva tena gantavyaṁ brahma-karma-samādhinā
梵(brahma)即祭品 (arpaṇaṁ),梵(brahma)即祭祀 (haviḥ),梵(brahma)将由那个人(brahmaṇā)提供(hutam)祭品投入祭祀之火 (agnau);谁能沉思 (samādhinā)梵(brahma)即行动(karma),这样的人(tena)一定(eva)达到(gantavyaṁ)梵(brahma)。

brahmāgnāvapare yajñaṁ yajñenaivopajuhvati
一些瑜伽行者 (yoginaḥ)的确(eva)用其他(apare)祭品 (yajñaṁ)献祭(paryupāsate)天神(daivam),另一些瑜伽行者用其他(apare)祭品(yajñaṁ)如此(eva)献祭(yajñena)梵(brahma)火(agnau)用以供奉(upajuhvati)。

有人用听(śhrotra-ādīni)等其他(anye)感官(indriyāṇi)祭献(juhvati)抑制(sanyama)之火 (agniṣhu),有人用声 (śhabdādīn)等其他(anya)感官对象 (viṣhayān)祭献(juhvati)感官(indriya)之火(agniṣhu)。

ātma-sanyama-yogāgnau juhvati jñāna-dīpite
也有人用生命之气(prāṇa)活动(karmāṇi)和(cha)其他(apare)所有的(sarvāṇi)感官(indriya)活动(karmāṇi),祭供(juhvati)由智慧(jñāna)点燃(dīpite)的自我(ātma)控制(sanyama)的瑜伽之火(yogāgnau)。

同样(tathā)一些人用财富作为祭供(dravya-yajñāḥ),用苦行作为祭供 (tapaḥ-yajñāḥ),用瑜伽作为祭供(yoga-yajñāḥ),
其他(apare)恪守誓言 (sanśhita-vratāḥ)苦行僧 (yatayaḥ)研读经典(swādhyāya)用知识作为祭供(jñāna-yajñāśh)。

prāṇāpāna-gatī ruddhvā prāṇāyāma-parāyaṇāḥ
也(tathā)有其他人(apare)用吸气(apāne)祭供(juhvati)呼气(prāṇaṁ),用呼气(prāṇe)祭供吸气(apānaṁ),停止(ruddhvā)呼吸(prāṇāpāna)运动(gatī),注重(parāyaṇāḥ)呼吸控制(prāṇāyāma)。

其他人(apare)控制(niyata)食物摄入(āhārāḥ),用呼吸(prāṇān)祭供(juhvati)呼吸(prāṇeṣhu),
所有(sarve)也(api)懂得这些(ete)知识(yajña)的人,用祭祀(yajña)知识(vidaḥ)净化(kṣhapita)罪恶(kalmaṣhāḥ)。
