Indifference to worldly enjoyments is very difficult to obtain, and equally difficult is the knowledge of the Realities to obtain. It is very difficult to get the condition of Samadhi, without the favor of a true guru.对世俗的享乐是很难获得，而同样困难的是真谛的获得。如果没有一个真正的大师青睐，达到三摩地状态是非常困难的。
