二、Uttanasana站立体前屈
1、Back injury: Do this pose with bent knees, or perform Ardha Uttanasana (pronounced ARE-dah, ardha= half), with your hands on the wall, legs perpendicular to your torso, and arms parallel to the floor.
背部损伤:屈膝做这个体式,或者做半站立体前屈,用手扶墙,腿和躯干垂直,手臂平行于地板。
三、Uttitha Trikonasana

Low blood pressure低血压
Heart Condition: Practice against a wall. Keep the top arm onthe hip.心脏病:靠墙练习,保持上面的手臂在髋部。
High blood pressure: Turn the head to gaze downward in the finalpose.高血压:在最终体式转头向下凝视。

四、Parivrtta Trikonasana
Back or spine injury. Perform this pose only with the supervision of an experienced teacher or avoid it altogether. Also avoid this pose if you have:
