16 凡有血肉进入方舟的，都是有公有母，正如神所吩咐挪亚的。耶和华就把他关在方舟里头。

NIV:

16 The animals going in were male and female of every living thing, as God had commanded Noah. Then the LORD shut him in. 

ERV:

16 All these animals went into the boat in groups of two, just as God had commanded Noah. Then the Lord closed the door behind Noah.

点评：

每种飞禽走兽，一公一母，生双成对进入方舟，有种集体婚礼的感觉。不过，此情此景发生在洪水滔天，以及其他恶人的啸叫怒吼之下。这是地球生命的灭顶之灾。

上帝卫护着最后进入方舟的诺亚，为他关上门。ERV版本的“the Lord closed the door behind Noah”，体现的是上帝的呵护。NIV版本的“shut him in”，体现的是危险关头的急迫。圣经的各个版本，翻译的源头和侧重各自不同。

中译，如果用现代汉语，语意应该类似：“上帝“啪”地为诺亚关上了方舟之门”。
