圣诞树草莓松饼 / Christmas
Tree Strawberry Pancake
用料:
鲜草莓适量、鸡蛋2个、细白砂糖60克、盐2克、低筋面粉70克、牛奶60毫升、融化黄油15克、蜂蜜1大匙、糖粉少许

做法:
1.取3-5颗草莓,洗净后放入保鲜袋,加一大匙蜂蜜按压成鲜草莓酱,可以用小滤网一边过滤一边按压。
2.在钢盆中加入两颗蛋,60克细白砂糖,2克盐,用打蛋器搅打至乳白色呈浓稠状,再加入过筛的70克低筋面粉拌匀。
3.接着加入60毫升牛奶,刚刚的鲜草莓酱,15克融化的黄油,拌匀后即为蛋糕松饼面糊,将面糊醒20分钟后,预热平底锅,用汤匙舀一勺面糊从高处滴入锅中,自然散开后摊成圆饼,小饼起泡泡即可翻面,两面均煎熟后取出。
4.将剩下的草莓洗净切片,按照一片松饼一层草莓片的顺序叠高,食用的时候依个人喜好撒蜂蜜、巧克力酱、枫糖浆、糖粉均可。

and put it into the pan. Make it circle and when there are bubbles
on the surface of the pancake, turn it over.

4. Slice the rest strawberries and put it in
the order of a pancake, strawberries, and then a pancake. According
to personal preference, put some honey, chocolate jam, maple syrup,
or powdered sugar.
