主料:豆腐1斤,鲜虾6只

配料:胡萝卜半根,豌豆、水发黑木耳、葱、姜、蒜、花椒、
八宝辣酱(自制)、盐、鸡精

制作方法:
1、豆腐切小块,沥去水分;胡萝卜切丁、葱姜蒜切片。

2、虾洗净,去皮留尾,去虾线,从虾背处剖开三分之二,虾脚一侧相连。

3、起油锅,6成热时放入葱姜蒜片爆香,下入八宝辣酱2大调羹、
胡萝卜丁、豌豆略炒。

4、锅内加入豆腐、虾、花椒、黑木耳,加少许水、盐、鸡精,
煮开3分钟入味即可起锅。
