黑胡椒牛柳
主料:牛肉

配料:彩椒、青椒、洋葱、生姜

调味料:黑胡椒粉、盐、白糖、料酒、味精、淀粉、鸡蛋清半个、酱油
制作方法:
1。先牛肉切成细条(最好不要顺着肉丝切)。

2。牛肉条用淀粉、蛋清、酱油、少许盐、白糖、料酒、黑胡椒粉拌匀入味。

3。将彩椒、青椒、洋葱切丝,生姜切片。

4。炒锅内加入植物油,油温升至四、五成热时,加入牛肉丝划散。

5。炒至表面变颜色发白。

6。加入彩椒、青椒、洋葱丝,大火迅速煸炒(关键是火候,时间短了不熟,时间长了牛肉不够嫩滑),加一点盐、白糖调味,最后加入味精出锅。
