10:00 arrive @ office

10:10-10:50 check email and reply email / telephone clients / deal with paper work

11:00-12:50 have a meeting with producer

13:00-14:00 go back office and have an internal regroup

14:15-14:45 have lunch

15:00-17:00 check email/ brief creative / telephone clients / deal with paper work

17:00-18:00 have a con-call with director

18:00-19:30 check email/ telephone clients / deal with paper work

19:30-20:15 prepare TVC bidding deck

20:30 go home
