The effect of telmisartan and rosiglitozane on metabolic parameters and blood pressure in type 2 diabetic hypertensive patients

    Abstract: Objective  To study the effect of telmisartan and rosiglitozane on metabolic parameters and blood pressure in type 2 diabetic hypertensive patients. Method  Forty-eight diabetic hypertensive patients received rosiglitozane (RSG) 4mg + telmisartan (Telm) 80mg, and without any other antihypertensive drugs.Results  After 6 months" treatment, the patients showed a significant reduction of mean blood pressure, and a positive influence insulin resistance.Conclusion  In type 2 diabetic hypertensive patients, the association of  rosiglitozane and telmisartan is suitable for the metabolic syndrome.

    糖尿病患者高血压的患病率随年龄而增加,由于糖尿病高血压对血管病变的影响，助长了患者发生视网膜病变、脑血管病变、冠心病、肾硬化和神经病变等的危险性，所以合理的降压治疗对此类患者尤为重要。本文研究了替米沙坦与罗格列酮联合用药对患者血压及代谢指标的影响，以及对胰岛素抵抗改善的作用。

1  资料与方法 

1.1  病例纳入标准：糖尿病诊断符合 WHO 1999 年诊断标准 ,应激性血糖增高及糖调节受损剔除。选择HbA1c>7%的糖尿病合并高血压患者48例，既往从未接受降压药物治疗，平均动脉压>115mm Hg,糖尿病史4～18年(
