【讲解】prefer动词“宁愿,更喜欢”,prefer后可接名词,ving,to+v.等形式,常见形式有:

with的宾语,with不能省掉。

归纳延伸:
1.在复合句中,修饰名词、名词词组或代词,起定语作用的从句叫定语从句,引导定语从句的词叫关系词。如:that, which, who,
whom, whose 等为关系代词,when, where, why等为关系副词,被定语从句所修饰的名词、代词叫先行词。
2.如果先行词是表示人的名词或代词,关系词应用who或that;如果先行词是表示物的名词或代词时,则用that或which。如:

知识点3 Carmen likes musicians who play different
kinds of music. 卡门喜欢会弹奏不同种类音乐的音乐家。
【讲解】(1)关系代词who在从句中作主语,指代musicians,因此从句中的谓语动词为play,而不能用第三人称单数形式。
(2)当关系代词在定语从句中作主语时,从句谓语动词必须与先行词保持人称和数的一致。如:
The most
successful man in life is the man who has the best
