联合利华饮食策划 发布2008秋冬最新饮食趋势

世界最大的餐饮解决方案提供者之一——联合利华饮食策划，携食尚界最新的跨界融合概念，在上海宏安瑞士酒店举办了一场名为“烩萃·跨界·新食尚”的2008秋冬食博会，中国烹饪协会及各地烹饪协会的领导，全国多家知名餐厅的高层，以及来自全国各地的近150位名厨共同分享了这一美食盛会。这也是继今年在北京的“健康·赏色·新食尚”2008春夏食尚发布会之后，联合利华饮食策划旨在推动中华美食文化，扶植饮食创新的“新艺厨尚 创意食尚”全年计划的又一次重磅出击。在上海世博会日益临近的日子里，联合利华饮食策划也希望通过这次食博会，同上海这座城市一起，推进国家和地区之间的交流与沟通，让博大精深的中华美食文化在发扬传统烹饪精髓的基础上，广采博纳各地所长，烩萃交融，推陈出新，为传统的中华美食带来时尚精致的新面貌。

One of the biggest food solution suppliers, Unilever Foodsolutions (UFS), held the 2008 Food Expo with the concept “Fusion of the world” at the Swissotel Grand Shanghai. Leaders of China Cuisine Association, top exectives of several famous restaurants and nearly 150 well-known chefs from all over the country joined this pageant to share the latest food trend. Following the “Fusion of health” food fashion announcement of 2008 S/S, this time, UFS has taken another powerful action of their yearly plan which aimed at promoting Chinese food culture and fostering food innovation. As the Shanghai World Expo drawing near, Unilever Foodsolutions expects to enhance the communication between countries and regions together with the city of Shanghai through this food expo. On the basis of carrying forward the essence of Chinese traditional cuisine, UFS also applies itself to absorb the strengthes of other cuisines around the world, bringing the stylish and exquisite look to the traditional Chinese food.
