我最喜欢的事

   以前，我有许多的业余爱好，比如和老公出门旅行，在海滨享受两人世界；跟好友一起吃饭看电影，唱卡拉OK，买漂亮衣服；或者在家里打扫卫生，整理家务，然后放上音乐，一个人安静地喝杯咖啡。

   但是，现在，这一切都被一个名叫“康康”的小家伙破坏了。这个身高90公分，体重12公斤的小婴儿才一岁十个月，但他就象个小孙悟空一样，整天精力充沛，从来不给我喘息的机会。除了工作，我的业余时间都交代给他了。他会在我雪白的床单上踩个小黑脚印，在客厅的墙壁上乱画，把水杯里的水倒在沙发上，把牛奶撒到餐桌上……我总是精疲力竭地跟他战斗在一起。

   可是，当他玩累了，终于安静下来，用他柔软的小手抚摸我的脸，把他毛绒绒的小脑袋扎到我怀里时，我轻轻抱起他，搂在怀里，这时我听到了他安然入睡的呼吸声，感觉到了他稚嫩的心跳声，于是我会在心里由衷地说：“嗨，看，这就是我现在最喜欢做的事。”

                                My Favorite things

    Previously, I had many hobbies, such as travelling with my husband, enjoying the romantic moment by the seaside, watching movies and having dinner with friends, going to karaoke OK, buying beautiful clothes, or tidying rooms and then listening to music whiling drinking coffee peacefully.

     However, right now, all my favorite things were ‘destroyed’ by a little baby called ‘Kang Kang’, who is 90 cm long, 12 kg heavy, and one year and ten months old. He is like the Monkey King, energetic and never gives me a chance to recuperate. Besides working, my time belongs to him totally. He will step on my snow white sheet and leaves some black footprints. He will scrawl on the wall of the sitting room randomly. He will pour a bottle of water on the sofa and milk on the dinner table…I am always ‘fighting against’ him, extremely fatigued.

     When he is tired, and becomes quiet at last, he will come to me and touch my face with his soft little hands, putting his furry head into my arms. I hold him sightly, and put him into my arms. I could hear his breath and feel his innocent heart beat when he is asleep. Then I will speak to myself, wholeheartedly, ‘Hey, see, this is now my favorite thing to do.’
