秋季瑜伽  Yoga in Autumn

秋的来临,伴着凉意相约而至,早晚开始变得寒冷,即便是中午,若不盖着午休也会稍感寒气。要说,最喜欢的仍是夏季瑜伽,因为夏季的清晨,六点半左右太阳正从窗外冉冉升起,衣着简单的瑜伽服,温度适宜,让瑜伽的感觉恰到好处,倘若大汗淋沥更是毒素与压力的释放。而秋,是另一种享受。秋的清晨鲜有伴随着旭日东升,多数是在迷雾中开始,当天空逐渐明朗起来,瑜伽也将一天带向美好。

Followed with cool,Autumn is coming,then the weather becomes cooler and cooler,even in the middle of the day,if you want to take a nap while you don't have a coat,you will feel cold absolutely.Relatively speaking,I like doing yoga in Summer better than in Autumn.In Autumn,when I get up in the morning,do yoga around 6:30,the Sun is just rising up.It's very comfortable.If I got too much sweat,my toxin and pressure will be released with sweat. Yoga in Autumn,you will feel different.

 

换季,要换的不仅是薄厚不同的瑜伽服,更是瑜伽细节的调节。夏秋之交自然界的阳气由疏泄趋向收敛,人体内阴阳之气的盛衰也随之转换,“春温、夏热、秋凉、冬寒”,秋季瑜伽重在养生与润燥。秋季练瑜伽能够更充分的改善肺部功能,因此,注重调息法、呼吸法与体位的结合在这一季显得更为重要。除此之外,在放松和冥想时注意保暖也不可忽视。

It's more important to change the detail of yoga than to change yoga clothes.Masculine and feminine elements energy is changeing when this time.We have four season,Warm in Spring,hot in Summer,cool in Autumn,cold in winter.Keeping in good health and moistening dry areas is very important in Autumn.
