最近接到一位游人的留言，问我夏天想找个好地方去疗养，黑龙江哪个地方比较好？其实黑龙江的大小兴安岭、五大连池、镜泊湖、兴凯湖周边等地，都非常适合夏季避暑养生，黑龙江可选择的地方很多。这期推荐一个去年6月我在漠河北极村发现的一个叫做“张仲景养生院”的地方，可以说，这个位于中国最北的养生院的理念、条件、设施都是一流的。

张仲景(约公元150~154年--约公元215~219年)，东汉南阳郡涅阳县(今河南邓州市)人。东汉末年著名医学家，被后人尊称为医圣，南阳五圣之一。

我到漠河的时候正值夏季旅游刚刚开始，6-9月是漠河来旅游、养生的人来得最多的时间，如果是老人来旅游养生，最好要事先联系与安排行程。
