经过两年多的探讨与谈判，我们终于和世界四大顾问公司之一的KPMG毕马威，达成了战略联盟。自此，我们的规划项目，将引进毕马威的资源，为城市的设计与资金，做更好的嫁接。

    百度百科上对毕马威的介绍如下：毕马威是一家网络遍布全球的专业服务机构，设有由优秀专业人员组成的行业专责团队，致力提供审计、税务和谘询等专业服务。毕马威的成员机构遍及全球148个国家，拥有超过113000名员工，在中国有超过12000员工。我们的目标是把我们所掌握的知识升华增值，裨益我们的客户、员工，贡献资本市场。

    百度百科对“战略联盟”（Strategic Alliance）的定义如下：“战略联盟”就是两个或两个以上的企业或跨国公司为了达到共同的战略目标而采取的相互合作、共担风险、共享利益的联合行动。有的观点认为战略联盟为巨型跨国公司采用，但这决不仅限于跨国公司，作为一种企业经营战略，它同样适用于小规模经营的企业。当然，由于产品的特点、行业的性质、竞争的程度、企业的目标和自身优势等因素的差异，企业间采取的战略联盟形式自然也呈现出多样性。

    和毕马威比较起来，美国龙安规模微小，但是我们在中国，被住建部和国务院称为：将国际理念在中国落地的专业公司，深受中国政府的认可。而毕马威跟龙安的结合目的很简单：将国际资源更好的在中国落地，为中国城镇化发展提供更好的团队，更好的服务，更佳的资源，另外也为了迎接预计的2016年的人民币国际化，为地方政府提供地方债券的准备工作。

    为使国内的政府更深刻的了解我们缔结战略联盟的意义，我们将于7月16日下午在珠海举办的一年一度的城市发展与规划大会上，联合主办一个论坛：“Planning and Financing Future Cities（未来城市的规划和融资）”。届时，毕马威和龙安，将各派出高级主管，包括加拿大的一位资深市长，为中国下一步的城镇化、城市管理、智慧城市、地方债券等主题，献策谋略。欢迎大家届时参加我们的论坛。
