下了一阵雨，还是凉快了不少。
这个夏天很热，到处都是较量。
世界杯，超级女生，电影节。
我们可以随便选一个，把自己投入进去。
刚才看“动物世界“来着。节目里面说，每种动物拥有的能量其实都是相近的。老鼠每分钟心跳600次，但是寿命也短，家鼠只有两年吧，一生心跳总数是8亿次。大象每分钟心跳25次，但是寿命也长得多，有六七十年，心跳总数也是8亿。那么人也是如此？
我还是愿意做人，心跳次数，寿数，都刚刚好，不用总是心惊肉跳，也不会太四平八稳。
昨天有朋友说我文如其人，很安静。他为我的点击率着想，劝我多一些锐气，多一些锋芒毕露。我想还是顺其自然最好，不想太用力。
电影《昨天》里面，贾宏声躺在立交桥下的草坪上，阳光温暖的洒在身上，他自言自语着披头式的一首歌词---顺其自然。虽然他那时不太顺其自然，但是那首歌---let
it be---曾经打动过很多人。
最近很多人上火，下午美容院里的小姑娘对我说，他们都去刮痧了，因为心火太大。我看见她转身时，吊带裙没能遮住背上的紫红刮痕。
天热可以上火，看比赛可以上火，好多好多事情都让我们上火。
去火的事情也有很多，比如刮痧，还有写博客也是吧，哈哈，一定是的。
所以，这事不能太用力，let it be 好了。
