沟通并不是为了体现自己的能力，
也不是为了把自己的观点灌输给对方，
而是为了增进相互了解、共同解决问题，
不要把自己的面子放到第一位。
静下来，
慢慢想，
慢慢说，
仔细听。
Communication should not be used for showing off
one’s own capability,
Communication should be used to increase mutual
understanding and solve problems together.
We should not place face-saving
before anything else. Instead, we should calm
down,
think slowly, speak slowly and listen
carefully.
