好莱坞的青春励志片，最近瞄上了舞蹈，这一部Step up就是其一。其实，如果把看碟当作休息和放松，这样的片子会是正确的选择。

青春是危险的，特别是对那些生活在社会底层，完全看不到未来美好的年轻人而言，更是如此。泰勒，就是这样一个处于危险年龄的大男孩。他与好友麦克、麦克的弟弟瘦牛无所事事，整天把精力消耗在赌篮球、偷汽车、玩Party……上面，直至有一晚，他们闯入一家艺术学校，把舞台布景作为他们被一场Party逐出的泄愤目标。

义气的泰勒掩护两位好友逃走，自己却保安捉住，并被判为这家马里兰艺术学校提供200小时的服务，于是，故事开始了……

家境很好的舞蹈专业女生诺拉，正在为毕业演出紧张排练，可是，她的搭档却受伤退出，这显然是编导给喜欢街舞的泰勒一个出场的理由。不负所望，浪子泰勒在美丽的诺拉面前彻底回头，于是，给诺拉一个自私的男友终结那段感情，再添加一些误会和小阻力考验一下泰勒与诺拉的新感情，就是猜也猜得出来的过程。OK，结局自然是冲破一切阻力的圆满，否则，也达不到励志的作用。

片中诺拉母亲一角的设计，似乎有一些多余，不过，那种既希望子女有社会公认的成功方向，又乐见子女实现自己心愿的为父为母者的矛盾，却也是一种生活的无奈。其实，我们希望看到的还不是彼此内心真正的快乐吗？

青春是危险的，但只要踏准生活的节奏，找到前行的方向，青春也是无敌的。
