这是一群来自草原深处的蒙古族青年，他们出生于80年末期，成长于网络发达、音乐资讯畅行无阻的2000后。像全世界所有嘻哈少年一样，他们喜欢穿肥衣大裤，扮炫酷造型，带耳机，跳街舞，热衷追逐都市的一切流行与时尚，但同时又念念不忘自己所生所长的辽阔草原。对故乡的叛逃与思念，心灵的出走与回归，生命的惊喜与迷惘……诸多感受让他们年少的内心充满不吐不快的表达欲望。然而，传统的民族音乐形式已经不足以表达如此新鲜而又复杂的情绪，他们在寻找新的音乐语言和新的表达方式……

They are a group of young people from the distant part of Mongolian prairie, born in the 80s, growing in the 21st century, era of Internet communication and online music. Like all the Hip Hopers around the world, they like loosen T shirts and galligaskins, making cool gestures, wearing grand headphones and doing Hip hop moves. But in the same time, the vast Mongolian prairie is engraved on their heart and memory, escape and homesickness, soul fleeing away and turning back, surprises and confusion in the life… Impressions to the heart are so strong that they are urged to find a way to express. However, as the traditional ethic music is somehow insufficient to carry such fresh and complicate feelings, they are seeking a new melody, a new way of expression…

当他们带着这个民族特有的音乐基因，行走于都市街头，迎头遭遇现代世界流行音乐后，潜藏于骨血里的音乐能量便被激发，喷薄而出的是饶舌的密集歌词，重重地砸在蒙古族的悠扬旋律与HIP-HOP强劲节奏叠合的音乐之上，于是便形成了独有的蒙古族音乐与世界HIP-HOP音乐融合为一体的蒙语说唱风格。

是的，他们使用自己的语言进行说唱，这源于对母语的一种迷恋和自信。不得不承认，蒙语的发音之圆润流畅，和它独有的节奏和韵律，与HIP-HOP音乐有着天然的奇妙契合。普通话之外的方言说唱，是近几年方兴未艾的潮流，其中的广州的噔哚乐队、DUMDUE、西安的黑撒乐队等等都是其中的优秀代表。而蒙语说唱则完全独立于汉语言之外，自成体系。

As they are wondering in the urbanite street, encountering with music from modern civilization, the music energy that is deeply hidden in their blood is awaken, coming out in terms of compact rap songs. It is a combination of ancient melodious Mongolian music and modern Hip Hop with intense rhythm sensation. It is the original Mongolian Rap.

Yes, they rap with their own language, confident rappers fascinated by their beautiful mother language. The Mongolian language, one has to admit, possess a unique rhythm and a mellow full-tone that wizardly go with the Hip Hop music. Doing rap with a dialect language is a recent tendency in China mainland, and Dengduo from Guan Zhou, DUMDUE, Hei Sa from Xi An are some of the best bands. Mongolian rap goes even further as the language is totally deferent from Mandarin.

此次演出有三支活跃在内蒙古大小舞台的原创说唱组合，他们分别是游击队组合（PTS）、MNT组合、TST组合。组合成员平均年龄23岁，但却均已经历了四、五年的舞台生涯。也就是说，大部分人从年少时分就已经开始音乐创作和接受大小现场的历练了。可贵的是，舞台上的四射光芒没有遮蔽掉他们眼神的青涩与淳朴。而这个年龄所特有的天真和激情，使得他们对于音乐，依旧有种不知死活的痴迷，奋不顾身的投入，以及不可抑止的创作冲动。

The show is consisted by three popular original rap bands from Inner Mongolia: the Guerillas (PTS), MNT and TST. The average age of the team members is 23, who have already a performance experience of about five years. Most of those musicians have been participated in the conception and live show since they were teenagers. Although well experienced, they still keep their passion for music and the innocence of their age.

之所以称之为“内蒙说唱军团”，是因为，他们虽然分属三支不同的说唱组合，有各自的原创和风格，但又完全可以看作是一个整体。看过他们演出的人，大多会被他们之间的默契与友爱所感染。10个蒙古族青年，三支乐队，彼此没有嫉妒，没有同类相倾，有的只是相互间的鼓励与扶持。他们一起长大，一起演出，经常串唱彼此的歌，甚至会一起创作——那是一种心无芥蒂、单纯陶醉于音乐中的纯良快乐，就像他们在一起合唱的《说》那首歌里唱的（大意）：

The reason they are called rap legion is that although each of these three separate bands have works and style of its own, they could also be regarded as a unity. Most of those who have watched their performances would be touched by the affection and understanding between them. There are no jealous, no intrigues, nothing but encouragement and help. They grow up together, sing together and even write songs together, sharing a pure joy of music. It is just like what they sing in that song “Say”:

我们生长于长生天的怀抱

把尊严和理想安放在心底

放弃了虚荣，选择了音乐

为的不是别的，只是快乐

……

We grow in the arms of sky

Hiding dignity and dreams deep in the heart

Giving up vanities, making music our choice

For nothing but joyfulness
