数天前在韩国参加研讨会,韩国的ETRI介绍了韩国对B3G/4G技术的研究情况。
总的来说,韩国在研发三种技术,这三种技术达到甚至超过了ITU提出了对IMT-Advanced的要求。
第一,WiMax Phase II
- Multiple Access : OFDMA/TDD & FDD
- Peak Data rate : Max. 400Mbps@40 MHz
- Bandwidth : 10/20/40 MHz (scalable bandwidth)
- Spectrum : 2.3GHz ~ 2.6GHz
- Mobility : up to 350 km/h
- Coverage : ~1 km(urban), ~5 Km(suburban)
- spectrum efficiency : more than 10 b/Hz
第二,NeMA
- Candidate Multiple Access : OFDMA, SC-FDMA
- Duplexing: FDD
- Peak Data rate : 140Mbps @ 120km/h using 20 MHz (DL)
1Gbps @ 3km/h using 80MHz
- Spectrum efficiency: more than 7 bps/Hz in DL
- Scalable Bandwidth : 5, 10, 20, 40, 80 MHz
- Mobility : up to 350 km/h
- Coverage : 5 km, 30 Km, 100 km
第三,NoLA
- Candidate Multiple Access : OFDM-TDMA
- Duplexing: TDD
- Peak Data rate : 1Gbps @ 60km/h using 120 MHz
3.6Gbps @ 3km/h using 120MHz
- Spectrum efficiency: more than 30 bps/Hz
- Scalable Bandwidth : 40, 80(40x2), 120(40x3) MHz
- Mobility : up to 60 km/h
- Coverage : 500m for 1Gbps, 100m for 3.6Gbps
