经典就是经典，BBC前几年又推新一代的电视剧《查泰莱夫人的情人》了。战争、工业化、毁灭、性，这些主题再次呈现，希望是我所说的“废墟上的抒情诗”，再次确立劳伦斯《文明荒原上爱的牧师》和“资本主义时代的抒情诗人”的声誉。从剧照看，人物外形没有脱离90年代肯罗素的bbc四集连续剧，看来肯罗素还是很英明的。80年代英法合拍的电影里克雷饰演的麦勒斯形象也得到了一直的延续。这次这个一头卷发的男主角比前两个麦勒斯更有文艺范儿了，女神还是典型的英国淑女范儿，与90年代的bbc版电视剧如出一辙，而查泰莱爵士这次选了一个文雅的美男子，而非以前有点恶的形象那种，看来是有新意。确实这个人物不应该平面化，人家残疾了还开矿写小说，也是牛津高才生，不应该为了抬高那对激情恋人就贬低他。如果不是因为大战让他瘫痪了，他绝对是高富帅。文艺作品一定要有同情心才好。这次看来是真好。
这年正好是这本小说在英国解禁55周年，又一个纪念日。劳伦斯9月份130岁冥寿，3月份逝世85周年，10月份则是查泰莱夫人的情人审判后宣布开禁。这个时候上演新版电视剧，既是纪念他的冥寿，也是纪念这本里程碑作品开禁55周年，为他祈福！
