美食红烧肉五花肉腐乳红烧肉家常菜 |

我是土生土长的北方人,平时炖肉炖排骨喜欢放两块玫瑰豆腐乳,不但颜色红润漂亮,浓浓的酱香气还能让食欲大开。但玫瑰腐乳的品牌不一样,咸淡有差别,再加上不同品牌的酱油颜色咸淡也不一样,尽管每次都使用同样的配方,但五花肉出锅后还是有差别,不是咸了就是淡了,不是深了就是浅了。做为家里的大厨,我也一直受这个困扰。

逛超市,我发现了红烧酱。看了一下配料表,除了有玫瑰腐乳,还有米酒、盐、白砂糖、红曲米等常用的调味料,120克1包可以炖400克的五花肉,正好是一家四口一次的量。于是我买了几包,麻利儿着红烧了一锅肉。嘿,还别说,有了这腐乳红烧酱还真省了不少事,把酱料往肉锅里一倒再加适量水,就等着香喷喷的肉出锅吧!
