青州赤涧农业公园位于青州市弥河镇赤涧村西部，是一个集有机水果蔬菜种植生产、自助采摘、观光旅游、种植体验，以及农家餐饮、休闲垂钓为一体的综合性特色乡村农业旅游基地。公园分为有机果蔬种植区（自助采摘）、农业体验区、休闲垂钓区、支前粮站纪念馆、乡村风光游览区以及游客综合服务区等六个功能区，将有机果蔬种植与乡村休闲旅游相结合、农产品自助采摘与种植体验相结合、感受乡村风情与享受特色美食相结合，构建一体化的有机农业特色旅游园区。

     青州赤涧农业公园从2014年起运营，种植体验、民俗文化和红色文化的传承更是得到了游客的追捧，成为青州采摘休闲的重要去处，也成为青州旅游文化的一大亮点。

    这里，几乎每年都能见到葵花，虽然规模不是很大，但长势良好，植株旺盛，花冠硕大，是属于采摘果籽的那种向日葵：

    要说这里的葵花，若是有心人可能会记得，2017年那片葵花最有特色。

    那片葵花田就在园区大门里边，是那种比较特殊的向日葵，植株低矮、不直，花冠特别，可能是一种作为观赏的葵花，有几株花型高耸、卓尔不俗的，更是引人注目：
