学情分析

六年级的学生,他们积累了一定的英语基础知识,但没有形成自觉学习的习惯,所以前学后忘的现象很严重。六年级的学生开始进入自我定位期,思想容易波动,形象思维能力强,抽象思维能力比较弱。注意力容易分散,教师运用生动的课件,竞赛等方式来增强学生学习的兴趣和注意力。因此采用活动途径,倡导体验参与,利用小组合作将是本课的主要学习方法。教学中以基本知识为基础,长效激励性的评价手段为办法,扩展综合运用语言为目标。

3)Free talk(2mins):

T: Do you like this chant? Do you often listen to music?

I often listen to music in my spare time because it can make me happy. Boys& girls要表达某人经常做某事we can use often  For example我经常去游泳how to say?

Bingo! And this is the lesson we are going to learn today. Firstly, Lets read the title together.

Step2. Presentation(9mins)

1.Key words learning.

1) T shows a chart about things T always/often/sometimes/never does in daily life.

This is a chart about me. Look at my activities in a week. I often listen to music in my free time. And I like reading books. So I always read books. T shows word card and teach the pronunciation of always.

Q: Do you always read books?

 

 

 

 

Sometimes, I go shopping with my friends, but I dont like playing football. So I never play football.

Look, this is a chart about Amy.Let's read and finish the exercises.

Guide Ss pay their attention to the present tense and the third person singular.

Compare often, always, sometimes, never and make a conclusion(always>often>sometimes>never)

Step 3. Listen and read. (Activity 2 of Unit2)(14mins)

1. Listen and finish the chart.

1)Play the record & send a chart to Ss.

2)Play the record again.

3)Check the answers by comparing the chart with the text.

T emphasizes the third person singular.

Step5 : Conclusion(2mins)

Todaywe have learnt how to use always, often, sometimes and never to talk about othershabits. Next, I want to share somethings with you.

You should always study hard , often help your mum ,clean your room. Sometimes watch TV, play computer games. Never fight with your friends.
