《中英文标准化心电图首要诊断术语中国专家共识》(2023)要点
摘要
心电图在临床上应用较为广泛,但目前全国心电图诊断术语尚缺乏一致性。《中英文标准化心电图首要诊断术语中国专家共识 》参考国际2009版“心电图标准化和解析的建议”的英文首要诊断术语,基于图形描述、病因认识和临床诊断原则,扩增部分常用首要诊断术语,共确定125条心电图首要诊断术语。本共识的制定为心电图报告的首要诊断术语提供了标准化建议和指导,以期推动心电图报告与国际接轨,促进统一质量管理以及相关人工智能发展。
心电图是临床应用最普遍的无创性检查方法之一,具有简便、快捷、经济和可重复等优点,不仅是急性冠状动脉综合征诊断分类与迅速开始治疗的重要依据,还为各种心律失常、传导障碍、遗传性心电异常、电解质紊乱以及心脏结构改变等提供了重要诊断线索和证据。心电图诊断术语突出表现为种类繁多,而目前国内尚无统一的诊断术语指南 ,不同医疗机构、不同医师借鉴和参考不同书籍和文献的诊断术语,导致心电图诊断术语差异性较大,给临床诊断、文献检索和智能化判读带来相当大的困惑。
