Step 1 Warm up

1. Review the song: This is my uncle

2. Free talk

T shows a family photo, then talk with the Ss.

T:  Look! This is me! Who’s she?

S1: She’s your mum.

T:  Yes. My mum is short. Who’s he?

S2: He’s your dad. He’s tall.

T:  Yes. He’s my dad. My dad is a doctor. Today, we’ll learn Unit 8 My dad is a doctor.
