Step 1 Warming up

1. Greeting

2. Quick response

(教师出示图片来复习单词on,under,behind,in,期间可让学生来拼读单词,最后引出Kitty the cat)

Step 2 Revision

1. Look and say

T: We know Kitty is very naughty. Wheres Kitty?=Where is Kitty?

(强调wheres=where is)

Ss: Its on the sofa.(老师将Kitty放在沙发上,引导学生回答。)

Chant:

Where? Where? Wheres Kitty?

On, on. Its on the sofa.

T: Look,Kitty runs away. Wheres Kitty now?

S: Is it in/on/under/behind the ...?(引导学生猜)

T: Yes, it is./No, it isnt.(引导学生注重完整回答)

2. Revision

1) Recite Story time

T: Kitty runs away again. Wheres Kitty now?

(出示课文图片,引导学生说一说)

2) Act out

Step 3 Fun time

1.  Look and say

T: Kitty did something wrong. Shes sad. She wants to find her friend.

(呈现Fun time图片Wheres her friend?引出a cat

T: Wheres the cat? Wheres Kitty?(比较说说the 的用法)

S: Its on the table.

2.  Ask and answer

T: There are the other friends in the room. Can you find them?

(先引导学生说说图片中的动物,再让学生两人一组进行操练)

选几组学生说说。
