教学目标

1.能听懂、会说、会读、会写单词:cow, pig, chicken, duck, pear, apple, orange, farm, they, these, those, what及其复数形式。

2.能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句子:What are these/those? They’re …. Are these/those…? Yes, they are. No, they arent. 

3.能正确理解课文中的句子,并能分角色扮演。

教学重点

1.能正确掌握单词:cow, pig, chicken, duck, pear, apple, orange, farm, they, these, those, what

2.能正确运用句子:What are these/those? They’re …. Are these/those…? Yes, they are. No, they arent. 

教学难点

1.chicken, pear, they’re 的发音词汇a和an用法的区别

2.可数名词复数形式的发音及理解。

3.these和those的区分和理解。

Step 1 Warm-up

1. Greetings

T: How old are you?  What’s this/that?

Step 2 Presentation

1. Listen and guess

T play the sounds: Moo, moo

a. T:What’s it?

S: It’s a cow.

Teach and learncow, a cow ( /au/ how, brown)

b. T(出示pig 遮图)What’s it?

S: It’s a pig.

Teach and learn: pig, a pig

Quack, quack

c.T: It’s small and it’s yellow.It likes swimming. What’s it?

S: Duck

Teach and learn: duck, a duck  

d.  T(出示遮图)Is this a duck too?

S: No. It’s a chicken.

2.Learn

T:Where can we see these animals?

S: On the farm.

Teach and learn farm, on the farm 

3.Look and say

S:  They are pigs.

4. Pair work (Look and say)

5.Talk about the fruit

T:Look! What are those?

Teach: those and tell the difference between these and those

S: They are apples.

Step 3 Story time

1.Watch and answer

Q: Who are they? (Liu Tao, Mike and grandpa.)

T: What can they see on his farm. (Pigs, cows, apples, pears.)

What do they talking about? Can you guess?

Ss watch and answer.

2. Read after the tape and imitate.

3. Act the story.

Step 4 Consolidation

T: Now, youre grandpa. Can you introduce your farm?

Step 5 Homework

1. Read after the tape at least 3 times.

2. Copy new words and sentences.
