趣味猜谜--金沙玉米

天气开始炎热起来了,呆在空调房间里不敢出门,无趣,找乐子大家乐一乐,我们来了猜迷吧.今天只出题目,猜出的可以回复在评论里,下周一我来公布答案哦.看看有多少人可以猜出来http://blog.19lou.com/images/edit/face/003.gif

题目是:

一只羊在吃草,一只狼从旁边经过,但没有吃羊 —— 猜一海产品
 
又一只狼经过,还是没有吃羊 —— 再猜一海产品
 
第三只狼经过,羊冲狼大叫,狼还是没吃羊 —— 还猜一海产品

今天这个菜是大菜的博客里看到的.正好家里端午的时候还有好多咸鸭蛋没吃完,发愁怎么消耗呢,于是超市买了包速冻玉米粒,操练了一番.这个方子是要在玉米粒外面裹上干淀粉,入油锅先炸下再和咸鸭蛋黄混合,裹干淀粉炸的目的是为了让玉米粒稍有香脆的口感,如果你觉得油炸的不健康,我感觉可以直接用玉米粒和碾碎的咸蛋黄炒下,也是可以的,口感不一样而已,应该也很好吃的.下次我会试试不用炸的方法.

 

金沙玉米

材料:速冻玉米粒适量,淀粉,咸鸭蛋黄两个.

做法:

1.速冻玉米粒解冻后,拌上干淀粉,然后用筛子筛去多余的淀粉.

2.起个大油锅,烧热油,把裹了干淀粉的玉米粒放进去炸两三分钟,至锅铲捞起玉米粒有脆的感觉.

3.把玉米粒捞出,用厨房纸巾吸去多余油份.

4.熟的咸鸭蛋黄用勺子碾碎,锅里的油倒出,用留锅壁上的余油小火翻炒咸鸭蛋黄,至咸蛋黄开始冒泡.

5.迅速把炸好的玉米粒倒进去翻炒几下,让玉米粒表面均匀沾上咸鸭蛋黄即可出锅.

碎碎念:

1.玉米粒放进锅里炸,一开始不要去动,等炸一会儿,外面的淀粉成型了,才可以用锅铲翻动,但是不要翻动太勤快,否则淀粉壳会全部跟玉米粒脱开.

2.玉米粒炸好,表面油份比较多,最好用厨房纸巾吸去多余的油份,厨房纸巾大超市都有卖的.

3.我用的咸鸭蛋黄是熟的咸鸭蛋剥出来的,如果用的是生的咸鸭蛋黄,那么需要稍微加点黄酒一起上锅蒸熟再用.

4.炒咸鸭蛋黄的时候,火要小,火太大很容易炒焦,开始冒泡就可以放玉米粒进去翻炒.

5.咸鸭蛋黄本身有咸味,所以这个菜不需要放任何调味料了.

6.这个菜要趁热吃,凉了不好吃.
