煎蔬菜鸡蛋三明治

 

 

材料

面包片、圆白菜、胡萝卜、鸡蛋、黄油

 

调料

番茄酱、盐

 

 

做法

 

1.圆白菜洗净切细丝；胡萝卜洗净去皮切细丝~
 在碗里打入鸡蛋，再放入胡萝卜丝和圆白菜丝，搅拌均匀，加一点盐调味~

2.取小锅，在热锅内放一小块黄油，加热融化......

 

3.这时将混合好的蔬菜鸡蛋倒入锅中，煎到两面金黄色~

 

4.将面包片放入小锅，正反面烘烤~在烘烤过的面包上放入煎好的蔬菜鸡蛋，
  涂上番茄酱，即可食用~
