一家国际性广告公司的北京分公司正在为它的一个电信/手机客户寻找一位搜索引擎优化专家，如果其专业性得到认可，可以或受聘成为雇员或作为外部咨询顾问以项目合同的方式开展工作。
根据其项目经理给我的描述，他们所需要的搜索引擎优化专家需要对中国年轻人的音乐与娱乐需求有良好的把握能力，对Web
2.0和新媒体比较熟悉。语言方面可能不像下面用英语描述的要求那样严格，因为这家广告公司的项目经理本人基本能听懂和看懂一些中文，我想英文写作尤其是演示文稿制作方面通得过就行。

以下是对搜索引擎优化专家的资格与专长方面的一些要求：
- Experience in the Internet, digital industry for 5+ years in creative, technology or account management capacity
- Exposure to Web 2.0 and new media technologies.
- Expert experience in running SEM and SEO programs and activities:

- Ability to design SEO and SEM programs
- Familiarity with key Search Engines in China (i.e. Google, Baidu)
- Proficiency in SEO tools and programs (online and desktop)
- Exposure to agency environments and consumer buying process and tools
- Superior presentation skills with near native proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
