It is quite common these days for the government to encourage companies in large cities moving to suburb area. Although this policy may lead to some inconvenience to people’s life, advantages are self-evident and outnumber the downsides.

Suburb areas favor both the company itself and its employees in many ways. To begin with, it has large space to accommodate the increasing needs for rooms because of the development of company. Second, in comparison with over crowded condition in large city, individuals in regional areas could easily find more open space to exercise their body, and even play basketballs and go hiking, which will eliminate their stress and anxiety and help dramatially sharpen their thinking in their job. No traffic jam can also add happiness to people’s life there.

However, there is also a dark side for people to work in regional areas. First, shopping may be inconvenient due to the lack of shopping malls in these area. Second, it is obvious that this way will increase travelling time from home to the company. Thirdly, people may not be used to staying in work place all the whole day, but long commuting time prevents them from returning to home at noon which they usually did in the past when the company they work for is not far away from their home. Another disadvantage is the less choice for eating compared to rich cuisine when people live in the big city. And yet the disadvantages fail to lessen the significance of moving policy. With the growth of population in the area, more restanrants will shoot up in the near future. The development of public transport will change the negative picture of living outside the city. Also complex buildings are also in store for people. All these facilities will decrease the discomfort of living there to the least, and the advantages will be getting more obvious.  

Overall, it is a positive trend for a company or industry to move from the big city to suburbs, with more advantages than disadvantages. (336)
