"The best scarers use their differences to their advantage.” After watching Monsters University, I learn the truth that every person is different and has its own strengths which the owner should make the best of. We should admit and enjoy others’ personality. The pursuit of commonness is not the goal of our life. Moreover, though we all have shortcomings, we should develop ourselves to avoid them. And the movie plot is:

The conversable, one-eyed cue ball Mike and the gentle-giant fur ball Sully are just a pair of wisecracking beasties who scared the bejesus out of human kids, turning their bed-wetting nightmare screams into energy. Now, in the Monsters University, we see how they first crossed paths at college. Mike is a book-smart runt who isn't very scary. And Sully is a slacker who thinks his terrifying roar is enough to skate to the top of the class. But after the slithering dean boots them from the elite scarer program, they join forces to compete in the Greek Scare Games for a second chance. Anyone who's seen 1984's Revenge of the Nerds knows what happens next: a series of Olympic-style events where the zeroes become heroes. In the game, they face many challenges. At first, they are so selfish that they only think about themselves. Then, they have setbacks and are defeated by others. They begin to know everyone has its own special points. At last, they unite and win.

Mike is not scary but he never gives up his dream. He learn from books and masters all the skills which prove to be very helpful in his adventure. Although Sully was born in a famous family, he was lazy and accomplished nothing before. He finally succeed because he change himself. All this teaches us to be patient and independent in our way to success and dream.
