【世界TOP 8大学招生官访问黄广】英国伦敦大学学院穆博士与黄广学子座谈交流

日前，英国伦敦大学学院（University College London，简称“UCL”，罗素大学集团成员，QS世界排名第8，英国G5超级精英大学）招生官穆博士来到广州市黄广中学（原黄冈中学广州学校），和高二学生进行一起座谈。

穆博士向参与座谈的学生详细介绍了英国伦敦大学学院的专业设置、科研力量、留学体验、校园历史文化、就业前景、入学申请要求等，并针对黄广学子们聚焦的话题进行探讨、解答与分享。

March 30^th, Dr Mu was invited to Guangzhou Huangguang Middle School to give a introduction of University College London to our Grade 11 students. She is admission officer of University College London( UCL, QS ranking 8 in the world). Dr Mu introduced degree programs, cutting-edge research, alongside sharing students experience. In addition, illustrating the history and culture of the campus, careers opportunities and admissions requirements, and finally answering students’ enquiries in detail.

其中，穆博士高度评价黄广国际课程毕业生入读英国伦敦大学学院后的综合表现，如20届毕业生郭晨翀以一等学位从数学系毕业。

特别说明的是，英国伦敦大学学院颁发一等学位的要求标准非常高，所以数量非常少，能获颁一等学位的学生必是学业成果、素质表现等都出类拔萃。而世界排名前10的大学里高手云集，郭同学必须非常刻苦努力才能在激烈竞争中脱颖而出并获得该荣誉。

穆博士也表示，截至目前拿到英国伦敦大学学院 offer的黄广国际课程学子已超20人，她将邀请23届的雷晓雨等三位准新生代表参加中国区新生欢迎晚宴。

Dr. Mu highly praised the graduates of our school's international curriculum for their performance in university. For example, Guo ChenCong graduated from the Mathematics Department of UCL with a first honor degree. As we know, first honor degree are very rare, and all talents from the world in UCL. Guo worked very hard to achieve this. Even though our numbers of graduates was small, over 20 students have received offers from UCL. She also invited three UCL offer holders, including Lei Xiaoyu our grade 12 students, to attend welcome dinner.

世界知名大学代表到访校园，与黄广学子们进行“对话”，助力黄广学子了解名校、掌握信息、树立目标、规划未来，同时激励志在海外升学的学子们更加坚定信念、奋发图强、实现梦想。

This year, aiming to inspire more students to pursue their education overseas and gain entry into prestigious universities, the International Department of Huanggang Middle School Guangzhou Branch will continue to support students by inviting more world-renowned universities to hold seminars on campus.
