假眼球

一个男人在一家高档餐厅用餐。邻桌坐着一位漂亮的红发女郎。他坐下来后，一直在打量她，却没有勇气和她说话。

突然，她打了个喷嚏。她的假眼球从眼眶里飞了出来，飞向这个男人。

他本能地伸出手，在空中接住了这颗眼球。然后，递还给他。

“哦，天哪。我真的很抱歉。”这位女士一边说，一边把假眼球放回原位。

“作为报答，我请你吃晚饭。”她说。

他们一起享用了一顿丰盛的晚餐。然后，又去看电影，还去酒吧喝了酒。他们谈笑风生。她和他分享她最私密的梦想。在他和她分享他自己的梦想时，她耐心倾听。

在支付了所有费用后，她问他，是否愿意去她家喝杯睡前酒……并一起享用早餐。

第二天早上，她亲自下厨，用家里所有的食材做了一顿美餐。

这个男人大为惊奇。一切都太不可思议了！

“你知道。”他说，“你是一个完美的女人。你对遇到的每个男人都这么好吗？”

“没有。”她回答，“你只是碰巧抓到了我的眼球。”

注：双关语笑话。英语“Catch someone’s eye”的句式直译是“抓到了某人的眼球”，但意译则是“吸引某人的眼球”，或“引起某人的注意”，“让某人眼睛一亮”。

A man is dining in a fancy restaurant and there is a gorgeous redhead sitting at the next table。He has been checking her out since he sat down，but lacks the nerve to talk with her。

Suddenly，she sneezes and her glass eye comes flying out of its socket towards the man。He reflexively reaches out，grabs it out of the air，and hands it back。

“Oh my，I am so sorry。”the woman says as she pops her eye back in place，“Let me buy your dinner to make it up to you。”she says。

They enjoy a wonderful dinner together，and afterwards the theatre followed by drinks。They talk，they laugh，she shares her deepest dreams and he shares his。She listens。

After paying for everything，she asks him if he would like to come to her place for a nightcap……and stay for breakfast。

The next morning，she cooks a gourmet meal with all the trimmings。The guy is amazed!! Everything had been SO incredible!!!!

“You know，”he said，“you are the perfect woman。Are you this nice to every guy you meet？”

“No。”she replies，“You just happened to catch my eye。”
