一位统计学专业的学生在期末考试那天完全不知所措。这是一次选择对错的考试。所以，他决定用掷硬币的方法来求得答案。

统计学教授观察了这个学生整整两个小时的投掷过程……写下答案……扔硬币……写下答案。

到了两个小时的考试结束时，除了这个学生，其他人都离开了考场。

教授走到学生的桌子前，打断了他的投掷，说：“听着。我看到你没有为这个统计学的考试好好学习过。甚至你都没有打开考卷。如果你只是靠掷币寻求答案，怎么要花这么长的时间？”

这位学生一边扔硬币，一边苦恼地回答：“嘘！我正在检查我的答案！”

原文： Statistics Major Didn't Study

A statistics major was completely hung over the day of his final exam。It was a True or False test，so he decided to flip a coin for the answers。

The stats professor watched the student the entire two hours as he was flipping the coin……writing the answer……flipping the coin……writing the answer。

At the end of the two hours，everyone else had left the final except for the one student。

The professor walks up to his desk and interrupts the student，saying：“Listen，I have seen that you did not study for this statistics test，you didn't even open the exam。If you are just flipping a coin for your answer，what is taking you so long？”

The student replies bitterly，as he is still flipping the coin：“Shhh！I am checking my answers！”
