第一步
将买回的煅牡蛎粉打碎,我用的是粉碎机,用大功率的搅拌机里面的干磨功能也可以。打好后应该再用筛子筛一下,去掉细小颗粒。记过师父偷懒,省略了这个步骤,最后的成品吃下去有沙沙的感觉。
